How long should I use it each time?
A session of about 10 minutes is ideal. The massager switches off automatically after 10 minutes, so you can simply relax and let it finish.
Can I use it without heat?
Yes. Heat is optional — press the heat button to switch it on or off. Choose low (40°C) or high (45°C) when you want warmth.
How do I charge it and how long does it last?
